Food Changes

Food and how we eat are very intiment topics for all of us.  A big cup of coffee wakes us up every morning, and a chocolate bar relieves every physical and emotional ailment we face.  However, sometimes what we eat comes to define us in a bad way.  Things like toxins in our foods, extra tummy flab because of our eating habits, or a lack of energy due to a caffeine-ridden endocrine system give me reason to believe that my eating habits have to change for the better.  In this group of week-long food changes, I will try to test all the popular fads, facts, and pop-culture diets to see what is most effective in making me feel like a healthier being.
